Thoughts
So, I love this film. I've seen it over and over, although not for a good long while. I didn't think it would be Mr C's cup of tea, but eventually I got my way and managed to get it on our screens. Thankfully, it went down very well - quirky, imaginative, with some interesting characters, snappy dialogue and funny moments.
Things did start to unravel a little bit towards the end. It takes a while to get your head around Wadsworth repeating the film at times two speed, and I really think they've made an error with the three endings. I have no idea how that would have worked in the cinema, and one after the other just sits really weirdly. Pick one and go with it.
But I still love it, it has a hint of musicality about it, you've got the Jonathan Creek nature of the whodunit, and just generally, it's fab!
