2:35Tough opening to a film. Animal lovers will not be impressed.
4:09What a place to live! Freezing cold snow, hunting to stay alive.
6:07"What does music feel like?" That's a flippin' good question.
15:43She wears terribly high heels. How do people walk in those?
16:42He has a habit of recruiting girls and training them up, eh?
17:31He seems to be walking through the snow in a suit.
19:22They look like stormtroopers in their white masks.
24:34Wow, she wields a gun well. She's like a mini Bourne.

33:26The desert must be quite a change from the depths of winter.
39:33The British love of tea is infamous in Morocco then.

43:01"Why are you here, be concise?" I love it, what a great phrase.
53:38Isn't she on a mission? No time for dilly-dallying with boys.
59:40That hair does not suit Cate.
1:01:17"I mean, you're a freak and everything but I like you."
1:06:10It's never a good idea to go down in the subway when you are being chased. Surely everyone knows that?
1:13:07Rev is not very subtle.
1:15:46She promised! What a terrible friend!
1:21:59If people go into gingerbread houses, don't they end up in the witches oven?
1:28:34Ooh, imagine never having seen a computer for. The internet would be so intimidating.
1:34:11Having done some running, I'm always impressed by those who do it well on camera.

Thoughts

I must admit, this might not have fallen on to our viewing list except that iTunes was having a particularly barren week in terms of new films, and we needed something to remove the taste of The Blues Brothers from our mouths. It was an okay trailer, but didn't grab us straight away, however, we were happy to sit and watch.

It got off to a slow start, I must say. There was a lot of snow, a lot of moments of the pair of them looking cold and fighting and heavy breathing and stuff. However, once it got going, once she pushed that button, it really picked up. I loved seeing her try and fit in, trying to understand the concept of electricity and remote controls. I loved her relationship with the other girl, too. Their "friendship" added another dimension. The overriding story, and the ending, was a bit less interesting, really, but it was so beautifully shot, it's hard to complain.
