Thoughts

I've always been a bit nervous of watching this - I know that people love it, but it is high concept and that's always a risk. Having seen it, I'm disappointed I didn't watch it sooner!

It took a little while to totally get in the groove - Edgar Wright has a very specific style and with the comic book elements as well, you just have to sort of adapt to the new world you're in. But once there, it was brilliant: clever, crafty, creative and stacked full with a great cast.

It's fast-paced, so you have to pay attention and I suspect it is one of those that when you re-watch, you pick up lots of things you missed first time round. Great stuff!
