Thoughts

I really love old movies, how they are structured and how they do special effects. This one seemed to favour talking a lot over actually showing anything, which often works well in the horror genre. The tension was rising all the time. We did end up seeing the thing, which seemed to be just a human-shape that wasn't that scary, but up until then, it was good.

I liked the characters too, the banter amongst the lads, the romance between our two leads and the rollercoaster of moods from the journalist. Not a perfect movie by any stretch, but definitely entertaining.
