1:35Wait, BonBon Jovi did the music?
3:59If that's Emilio, that's some pretty good aging makeup.

22:40Love the three candles, two bullets trick. Genius.
29:24Fire must be devastating, not a lot of water and no fire crews.
34:44The ones with families don't last long anyways. Drama, innit.
40:14The kid turned his gun and looked in the end of it? That's not the best.

1:23:53I can't believe they would let the fool look after Billy the Kid.
1:37:57That rule about not stealing horses from someone you don't like, what is the point of that?

Thoughts

I hadn't particularly expected to like the first Young Guns film but I really did, and so was quite keen to see the sequel. It got off to a shaky start, because I wasn't fond of the narration from Emilio as the old guy, it was really hard to understand. Thankfully, he only piped up every now and again.

When we were actually back with the gang again, it was good - very similar to the first, but with the added twist of them having to outrun someone who knows their every movement. It was interesting to see Billy's mania ramped up every now and again, that cackling laugh proving how his grip on reality was drifting ever so slightly.

The music was much improved from the first film, less 80s, but it still didn't quite seem to fit my image of a Western. Overall, not quite as good as the first, I'd say, but a solid sequel.
